To provide additional support to some Preschool Children to ensure their meaningful participation in their morning Preschool Session. The successful candidate will provide direct support to children with routine, activities and interactions throughout the morning. Supporting the children to work towards their learning goals as set out by the AIM Early Years Specialist and Preschool Teacher.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Fetac Level 5 in Early Years, be patient, good understanding of the supporting role , organised and ability to work within a team and on own iniative. Must be confident in completing observations and learning stories and provide comprehensive feedback to Preschool Team and Manager.
Good written and spoken english essential.
