Duties & Responsibilities
Receiving and processing of store requisitions
Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventory is accurate
Weekly and monthly stock takes
Ensure all stock control procedures are in place
Investigate, resolve stock take variances timeously
Provide solutions to resolve and prevent future variances
Manage stock levels
Issue and receiving of all stock
Daily planning of stock issues
Investigate stock balance irregularities
Daily stock issue reconciliation
Sales of all parts related to company trailers and other parts
Maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure future sales
Assisting customers with queries and complaints
Prepare quotations for current and prospective customers
Follow up on quotations
Cost calculations of products on sale
Deliver parts
Housekeeping of store
General administration
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric (essential)
Code 8 driver license (essential)
Computer Literacy in MS Office (essential)
Syspro knowledge or similar (advantageous)
2-5 years logistical experience (essential)
2-5 years administration (essential)
Minimum of 1-year experience in sales (essential)
