THE OPPORTUNITY
Stratco's Epping manufacturing facility are looking for a reliable, motivated, professional and experienced Truck Loader to join their team. This is a great career opportunity for a customer focused person to become an integral part of our growing national and international company. As a vehicle loader, you will be a key member of our logistics team and will be required to assist with packing and loading of products for our trade and retail customer base.
This is a full-time opportunity working Afternoon Shift (11am-7pm) with overtime available requiring the flexibility to work hybrid shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
- Print out vehicle load sheets, plan the load and placement onto delivery trucks
- Locate finished goods and load to the vehicle
- Pick and pack accessories and load to the vehicles
- Scan and update records to load sheets
- General housekeeping and providing support to the wider Operations team as required
- Liaise with customers to ensure efficiency for warehouse pick ups
- Move stock and finished goods around the warehouse safely
- Maintain stock records and stock movements via scanners
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
ABOUT YOU
- Extensive experience driving forklifts and hand loading vehicles
- Forklift License and Vic Driver’s License essential
- Demonstrated experience leading a small team or people management
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs
- Good communicator, both written and verbal
- Commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
