Overview
Serás responsable de supervisar el abastecimiento, resguardo y entrega de materia prima, a los Comedores Generales, así como mantener actualizado el Sistema menús y Programas para generar información veraz y oportuna, además de vigilar la adecuada aplicación de presupuesto asignado al área.
Lo que harás:
- Supervisar que el presupuesto destinado a los Comedores se administre adecuadamente, por medio de registro y control de los gastos en las cuentas asignadas.
- Vigilar el pago oportuno a proveedores, a través de control de almacén en la recepción materia prima.
- Garantizar el abastecimiento oportuno de alimentos e insumos que se utilizan en los Comedores.
- Supervisar la actualización de los Sistemas y Programas, registrando las entradas y salidas de Almacén para estar en posibilidades de proporcionar información veraz y oportuna sobre los movimientos diarios de los productos que se controlan en el almacén, asegurando que los inventarios se encuentren actualizados.
- Verificar que el Sistema de Administración de Menús (SAM) se encuentre actualizado correctamente, vigilando su registro de acuerdo a lo programado.
- Verificar que se determine el costo de cada uno de los platillos, para identificar el monto por materia prima que se erogará mensualmente
