Digital Autumn is a paid internship programme that includes, but is not limited to, three paths within Digital technology. You choose which path you are going to take – Development, Consultancy or PMO – but if you are interested in Digital Technologies and you think you will bring great addition to our team – apply anyway – we are thrilled to talk to you!

Designed for penultimate year undergraduates , those going on to complete a Masters or fresh graduates, this two to three-months placement will give you a true insight into what a career at Deloitte Digital could mean for you.

Your future role:
You will be a regular member of the Deloitte Digital team. Your task will be to deliver projects which help in building better customer experiences and improve our clients’ business with digital tools.
CRM Consultant
Join a fantastic community of fellow learners and dive into the exciting world of top-notch tech! In this group, you'll get hands-on with the coolest CRM tools like Salesforce, Microsoft, and ServiceNow, and actually learn how to make things work. We're talking about the real deal - creating solutions that rock! And guess what? You'll also master the secrets of working Agile, a super cool way to get things done smartly. But wait, there's more! You'll be guided by experts as you explore the incredible universe of platform configuration. It's like having your own magical mentors. If you can chat comfortably in English and German (you know, at least B2 level), this is your golden ticket!
Salesforce Developer
Get ready for an incredible journey where you'll bring together the power of worldwide IT solutions and the wisdom from your university studies. But hold on tight, because it's not just about theories! You'll dive into the action and put your learning to work by crafting your very own solutions. If you're curious about the enchanting world of JavaScript frameworks, Lightning, SOQL, SOSL, or the amazing Salesforce platform language called Apex, you're in the right place! And guess what? If you're a smooth talker in English and Polish (yup, at least B2 level), and you know your way around object-oriented programming, web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and database lingo, we want you! Even if you're a pro looking to switch up your career journey, we're rolling out the welcome mat for you too!
PMO
Are you ready to embark on an exciting adventure into the world of IT Project Management, Agile Delivery, and Digital Transformation? If you're someone who's fascinated by new technologies and the magic of digital change, this is your calling! Plus, if you're a confident communicator in both English and German (at least B2 level) and have a knack for mastering MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), you're the perfect puzzle piece we're looking for. Got a thing for solving puzzles? Great! Your analytical and problem-solving skills, along with your can-do attitude, will make you fit right in!
Who are we looking for?
- People interested in cloud solutions
- university students of minimum third year or graduates (of an IT studies in development path)
- People who love solving complex problems and defending own point of view but are also flexible and open to change
- People communicating freely in English and Polish (Developer path) / English and German (min B2) – CRM consultant and PMO path
- People available at least 30h/week, with the possibility of taking up permanent work (at least 35-40h/week) within nearest future
- People with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- People available to work onsite (Warsaw office)
- People wanting to stay in Deloitte Digital after the internship
- Previous work experience and/or experience in any student organization will be a strong plus

- You will receive an invitation to complete online tests usually within one week after submitting application form:
- Numerical, Verbal, English for Consultant and PMO paths
- Codility platform and English for Developer path
- You will be asked to complete tests within deadline pointed out in the test invitation
- Only candidates with the best results & meeting our formal requirements will be contacted by HR team.
- You will have a short video interview with one of our Hiring Managers (around 30 minutes)
- If everything goes well - you will be invited for the workshops!
