Sandoz is hiring Regional access manager (RAM) for Bio and Specialty Business Unit in Finland. The RAM will run day-to-day activities in defined territory (Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue) to drive product portfolio uptake by working through the entire multilayer value chain to benefit customers, patients and the business. You will work and collaborate with a high performing team in Finland and the Nordics.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for driving sales, promotion and development of a product portfolio in a designated region to reach commercial goals
  • Establish and develop long-term relationships with key customers. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs and objectives.
  • Lead the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans and to give strategic input in terms of analysis, future potential and key programs required for the accounts
  • To gain and maintain relevant knowledge of the national health care environment as well as the regional access landscape. Analyze market situation including competitive intelligence activities on key accounts and key competitors
  • Organize customer events and other programs independently or with marketing/medical department, in line with agreed business tactical plans
  • Contribute to the mapping of stakeholders, including segmentation and profiling and provide accurate and timely data for the CRM system.

Minimum Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Working experience within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Agile and Business mindset
  • Knowledge of Healthcare system core frameworks and changing dynamics of Pharmaceutical industry
  • Understanding of sales / tender / access processes
  • Ability to implement customer-specific channel mix aligned to customer type
  • Place of living preferably at the defined territory
  • Established customer relationships within immunology and/or oncology is preferred

  • Native in Finnish and proficient in English spoken and written
  • Positive and flexible mindset with ability to do independent, result driven sales/access work in a pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong listening, communication, networking and collaboration skills.
