What this job involves
1.管理厂务系统设备设施维护保养,包含水泵、空调、风机、真空泵、洗涤塔、传感器等
2.工厂设备设施资产管理,设备管理软件数据更新,持续更新现场管理SOP
3.制定并实施维护保养计划,全面跟踪工单状态,按时完成维护保养和维修工单并在系统中关闭
4.向技术员提供技术支持和指导,并向技术员提供技术培训
5.第三方现场维护维修供应商管理
6.跟踪管理法规强检,确保符合法规要求
7.保持完整的运行数据记录和报告
8.负责区域5S管理、设备异常状况及时汇报
9.与客户及上级保持密切的沟通
1作为设施经理和平行工程师的后备支援
