Job Description:

Job Summary

The person manages the COD exception checks that did not automatically match and resolves these items on a daily basis. The COD group works collaboratively to ensure that all COD tasks (Incoming/Outgoing Mail, Mail Preparation, Sorting, Processing, COD Exceptions and Banking) are completed on time.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate 3 exception queues and resolve items daily.
  • Communicate with customers for missing information and/or provide additional details on resolution.
  • Investigate multiple UPS systems when necessary to resolve issues.
  • Update and maintain Excel files.

Education and work experience:

  • Professional in Finance and Accounting,
  • Administration or related - preferred
  • 6 months minimum in accounting experience - preferred
  • Accounting Background - Preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Communication in English (70%). A2-B1

Work modality:

  • 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
  • Hybrid: 2 months onsite, 4 months in home office
  • First three months in the position you work face-to-face
  • There are some factors that can influence the definition of times and spaces to work.
