We are looking for a well rounded Residential Renovator to join our team.
If you are self starter, work well in a team, organized and able to follow direction, this may be the role for you!
Responsibilities
- Complete daily tasks to ensure project timeliness are met
- Help lead/develop crew members
- Competent in: tile installation, drywall & mudding, trim & millwork
- Make sure all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Able to use common tools and have a basic understanding of power tools and equipment
- Able to problem solve and trouble shoot
- Report on progress to managers
Requirements and Assets
- Proven experience as renovator
- Able to follow job scopes and direction
- Understanding of electrical and plumbing concepts
- Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
- Good physical condition and stamina (able to lift min 50 lbs)
