Are you full-time available as a Traffic Supervisor for our location in Venlo and are you able to set the right priorities under pressure?
As a Traffic Supervisor you know better than anyone how to set the right priorities in a chaotic environment. You are proactive and solution-oriented and you know the processes and the weakness within the processes. Where necessary, you consult with other departments to ensure that the trucks can leave on time.

You get a lot of independence and responsibility in this role and you report directly to the Warehouse Manager. You manage a team of 7 employees and you know different leadership styles to get all the employees in the same direction. This way you know how to collect the correct information and translate it into actions that the team must perform. You have a focus per day, but certainly also on the longer term with a clear helicopter view.
In this position, every day is different and your department can be very busy and chaotic. You know better than anyone else how to create peace and order with a clear division of tasks. It is important in this that you think in terms of opportunities.
What do you take with you?
A department such as Traffic holds no secrets for you. You are proactive, solution-oriented and know how to get everyone on the same page. You are therefore a real people manager.
- You have an HBO working and thinking level;
- Knowledge and experience within or affinity with logistics;
- Good level of the English language is a must. German and Dutch is an advantage.
