Location : Hicom-glenmarie Industrial Park, Shah Alam
Summary:
- Responsible to manage the quality department of company's sites in Switzerland and Malaysia.
- Ensure the quality of the delivered products and follow up all quality requests.
- Increase quality as well as customer satisfaction by increasing the Customer Net Promoter Score and thus reducing customer complaints.
Job Scopes:
- Implement and lead our processes around offer quality and ensure that the goals are achieved at every stage.
- Coach the team on the methods and tools needed to achieve customer satisfaction and product quality goals.
- Manage customer complaints, investigate root causes and initiate rapid resolution actions.
- Additionally to be responsible for the continuous improvement of internal processes and develop preventive methods for company and the suppliers to achieve an increase in product and process stability.
- Take the lead in our customer audits and approval processes and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve this.
Requirement:
- Relevant experience in the field of quality as well as several years of professional experience in a production company.
- Obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt training.
- Hands-on mentality coupled with the ability to actively drive innovation, change and process simplification complement.
- Strong drive to challenge internal processes / procedures and make them simpler.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM18,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
