Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Node.js Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable backend solutions using Node.js, with proficiency in NestJS and Express frameworks. Experience in deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform is essential. This role involves working closely with our development team to design, develop, and maintain robust backend services that meet our business needs. The candidate should have experience of working with both monolith and microservice architecture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in backend development using Node.js.
- Proficiency in NestJS and Express frameworks.
- Experience in deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform. Experience in integrating firebase services.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development. Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firestore or MySQL. Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Experience with unit and integration testing.
