Accounts Assistant [Singapore]


 

We seek a motivated individual to handle our invoicing process and perform various administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to learn, adaptable, and eager to contribute to the improvement of our company. No prior experience is necessary, as we value a willing attitude and the drive to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately generate and manage customer invoices using our invoicing system.
  • Maintain and organize files and records with high precision.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Handle mailing and dispatch of documents in a timely manner.
  • Provide support in various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Adapt to changes in processes and systems as required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with invoicing software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
