- To ensure, check and complete all the documentations.
- To ensure that all sop’s of all section of production, warehouse, Q.A, Q.C should be pasted and all employees/workers should be doing their work as SOP
- To ensure all cylinder related to production i.e Gas, nitrogen etc should be used according to. To ensure the Quality/cleanliness during filling, sealing and packing.
- To ensure the sanitation of plant is properly done and maintain its record.
- To ensure that production and control operations are clearly specified in the written form and GMP requirements are adopted and followed
- To ensure the finished product are correctly processed and checked.
- To ensure that all the raw material and packing materials are properly labeled and placed at their proper place.To monitor humidity and temperature in all sections of production and stores with coordination of your inspectors.
- To review and improve equipment qualification protocols and reports.
- To review and improve analytical method, process qualification/ validation protocols and reports.
- To support regulatory inspections as well as internal inspections according to cGMP
- To ensure that procedure for self-inspection and quality audit exists and documented.
- To ensure that all quality control and production equipment are calibrates.
Qualification: Pharm-D
Experience Required: 4 - 6 years
