We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Technical Analyst.
Business: CTO
- Troubleshooting any technical issues independently
- Communicating delivery schedules with the stakeholders and escalating timely whenever risk found
- Work with COO team to ensure team BM work properly and team cost recovery
- Non-office hour work maybe required base on the Change policy or project requirement
- Making sure all the inventory are updated correctly
- Making sure all the deliverable meet quality standards
- Arranging vendors to perform hardware installation and perform on-site inspection upon completion
- May need to work in flexible working hours
- Proactively identify problem situations and resolve to give maximum customer satisfaction
- Escalation used only where necessary, appropriate measures are taken to improve and sustain high quality and prevent recurrence
- Should be excellent team member and work as a cross-functional team member
- Ability to establish mutual expectations with Business Partners is required. Ensuring that the processes are adhered
- Suggest Process enhancement
- Diploma/Higher Diploma in Computer Science or a related field
- Experienced in SUSE Linux support, engineering, and relevant image management
- Holder of IT Technical certificates such as RHCE/MCP/MCSE is an added advantage
- Track record in server, storage and project management would also be a distinct advantage
- History of Windows server patch management and distribution in a SCCM environment
- Previous operation support experience with Intel rack & blade servers technology
- Well-developed communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and independent personality with the ability to function effectively in a team
- Able to communicate in English
- Banking domain experience will be added advantage
- Must be able to perform well as a member of a larger team
- Ability to establish mutual expectations with clients is required. Ensuring that the processes are adhered to
- Must be motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks
