We, Lentiamo, are an online distributor of prescription glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses in 17 countries across Europe. We’re currently looking for a reliable, skilled and communicative member to join our team for the position of Junior Market Manager for the online shops Lentiamo.co.uk and Lentiamo.ie.
In this interesting position, you’ll be responsible for our customer support. This job is made for you if you have the drive to make our customers happy by handling their concerns friendly and professionally. You will answer questions, complaints and returns from customers (by phone and email) and communicate with different departments of the company, especially with colleagues from other customer service teams.

These will be your tasks:
communication with customers (by e-mail and phone); handling questions, complaints and changes in orders
maintaining best possible ratings from customers on comparison and review websites
following social networks - Facebook & Instagram- and translating posts.
communication with other company departments (logistics, marketing, IT department, accounting and sales)
