The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Lead in creating merchant content, executing across own media (Partner App, Merchant Site, Facebook) and tracking individual asset's performance
- Oversee own media e.g., Merchant Site, Social Groups including sentiment management
- Developing communication materials (static and VDO)
- Responsible for developing and conducting merchant training
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Creative, able to translate merchant needs into snackable content
- Actively monitor merchant sentiment and conversations on own and competitors' groups
