International Replenishment Coordinator [Australia]


 

Play an integral role in maintaining efficient operations within ALDI's Supply Chain department, based in Minchinbury. This is a full-time fixed term contract ending June 2024.

As an International Replenishment Coordinator, you will assist International Replenishment by providing high-level administrative support with a strong focus on data management and stakeholder management. You will work in a dynamic environment ensuring the continuous flow of supply chain activity focussing on deliveries, replenishment and/or sales performance.

What the role looks like:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to International Replenishment

  • Prepare, calculate, and provide data/reports on performance of sales
  • Determine order quantities and delivery/flow schedules
  • Completion and tracking of replenishment orders
  • Analysis of allocation results to ensure sufficient stock levels
  • Management of efficient flow of communication with external and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in the resolution of department challenges, with a focus on long term solutions
