- You will be responsible for the end to end process of the Employment Contracts and Freelancer Agreements, Letters, Addenda and Extension
- Leading the process for new joiner inductions (presentation, welcome packs, buddy system management, follow-up with newcomers), ensuring HR colleagues are scheduled to run them in turn with yourself, they have the most up-to-date presentations.
- Manage and triage the HR inbox (and, when rolled out, the HR Ticketing System).
- Provide support and inputs to the ERP and other HR tools.
- Contribute to the implementation, management and administration of the existing HR processes. Make suggestions for the development and update of current and new policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures for consistency, compliance and efficiency.
- Support key Employee Relations HR projects as and when required.
- Work with the rest of the HR team to ensure smooth and regular communications with employees in all regions.
- Ensuring holiday/leave cover for the role is properly trained and briefed to carry out the tasks.
- Support general administrative duties that will assist in the day-to-day operations of the HR Department (task emails, onboarding and offboarding related tasks, time reporting, work permits, new hire formalities, etc.) as required.
- You have a minimum of 3 years working experience in Human Resources generalist environment with a leaning to employee contracts OR have worked within an in-house recruitment team in a role specifically responsible for raising new joiner paperwork and related activity.
- You have excellent computer software knowledge, including database applications, ERP and spreadsheet applications to produce various reports.
- You are fluent in English and French (spoken and written), additional European languages are a bonus but not essential.
- You are able to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You are self-directed, proactive and have a strong attention to detail.

- Salary and package : around 2.200€-2.700€/month (depending on your experience), meal vouchers, eco vouchers, DKV, pension insurance, sector bonus, homeworking 2 days/week, flextime.
