- Contact and coordinate with customers about repair work or follow up on various documents.
- Supervise use /disbursement, including monthly stock count of spare parts and equipment.
- Supervise, inspect equipment and tools that provided by the company to be in perfect condition, complete and available for use at all times.
- Supervise, inspect cars, houses for rent that provided by the company to be in a clean, complete, and ready-to-use condition at all times.
- Supervise employees in the team. To work in accordance with the company's work safety rules, wearing PPE all the time while working, including following customer safety rules.
- Inspect and follow up document of performance (Work report) to collect and deliver to the head office.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Service Zone Supervisor.
