YOUR TASKS
- Communication in French with customers via telephone, email and chat
- You are the first contact for customers who contact us via these channels and have a service request
- Trust in the customer: build up and support her / him with his / her request or problem.
- We (almost) don't care how you do it. There are few limits to your creativity. Quality is more important to us than quantity.
YOUR PROFILE
- Your French skills both written and spoken, are at a fluent level (C2 or native)
- Ideally, you already have experience in customer care and enjoy being on the phone with customers.
- Your strengths are communication skills and empathy
- Working with a computer as main work tool is something you are familiar with
