Part Time Admin [Singapore]


 

Specific Responsibilities

Responsibilities (but not limited to the following)

  • Tracking student attendance
  • Printing worksheets for classes
  • Coordinating make-up classes with parents and updating timetable
  • Collecting payment for classes
  • Answering general enquiries regarding classes
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties not limited to:
  • Taking and sending photos of students to parents
  • Sending ad-hoc messages to parents for reminder/events/updates
  • Inform instructors of new students
  • Tidying the centre

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good team-player
  • Communicate effectively
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Require to work on both weekends
  • Weekday hours available
  • Commit at least 3 months

Qualifications

  • Minimum educational qualification of “O” Level or equivalent;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Fluent in English. Ability to speak another language will be an added advantage.

Hourly rate & working hours

  • $10/hour
  • Weekdays (1pm-830pm); Weekends (9am-630pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: $1,000.00 - $1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
