Head Hostess – SWOT Hospitality Istanbul, Turkey
SWOT Hospitality is looking for a charming and organized Head Hostess to join our team in Istanbul , Turkey.
To be successful as a Head Hostess you should have excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for hospitality by curating a wonderful guest experience through a warm welcome and an engaging approach.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Welcoming of guests to the restaurant
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor the reservations and guests’ arrival
- Welcome the guests and assist them to their assigned table.
- creating procedures on how to receive guests
- Coordinate and supervise with wait staff about available seating options
- Maintain a clean reception area
- Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g., children, elderly)
- Supervise incoming calls and address guest’s queries
Qualifications:
- Previous work experience as a Hostess.
- Understanding of restaurant service opeartion.
- Understanding of reservation system.
- Availability to work in shifts as needed and once a week split shift.
- Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
