We are looking for new team members in our Human Resources team!

Unilever Gen-Next Programme is a long term, part-time - full time internship programme for students help them acquire work experience to kick-start their careers. You’ll get hands-on experience by working in one of the world’s leading consumer goods companies.

You are expected deliver a great impact by…

  • Creating and implementing an end to end Employer Brand strategy and activations for Turkey on the way of #1 Employer of Choice.
  • Thinking globally, acting locally. Being one of the main contacts for Global Employer Brand teams to ensure global agenda and guidelines are applied in locally by taking into consideration local requirements
  • Managing the company's career social media platforms.
  • Managing early career programs and campaigns centrally for Turkey by boosting employee engagement and fully utilizing digital sourcing/recruitment tools
  • Supporting landmark events for all functions as well as managing functional Employer Brand agenda
  • Having a helicopter view and find different Human Resources areas to embed Employer Brand with a full alignment of strategy
  • Carrying out project processes using human-centered design and participate in event management using employee-involved approaches.
  • Conduct preliminary actions in cooperation with the Legal Team and collaborate with them on Employer Brand initiatives.
  • Engage in internal-external communications and develop a communication plan that is in line with the Employee Value Proposition.
  • Manage university clubs and youth commitment initiatives such as organizations, events, campaigns etc.

  • Have an outstanding written and spoken Turkish and English language proficieny
  • Are confident to work with multiple stakeholders and interfaces, have strong communication skills
  • Are good at coordination initiatives with a strong integrity mindset
  • Are good at anticipating the needs, advising and solving problems proactively
  • Have strong analytical skills and data correlation skills
  • Are self-starter who can work independently whilst also enjoying collaborating with your colleagues
  • Have genuine interest in new technologies and tools, and tech savvy
