Are you ready to join Australia’s most exciting and fastest growing scale-up? We are looking for a fulfilment Coordinator for our European HQ (in Amsterdam).
When you start talking about fulfilment, your heart pounces like the first time you will access the water on a Fliteboard. Because that is what you will do if you come on board. With a top speed up to 50km/h of a Fliteboard, though, you won’t get our Fliteboards through the EMEA region fast enough. But what will do that?
Whilst joining a small team of warehouse, inventory and logistics specialists, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing our fulfilment for the EMEA region. We love to hear about your ideas on how to drive our operational performance and business growth.
Who are you?
Your first thought if it comes to fulfilment is, the set-up of our demand planning and import coordination. You work with the sales team to boost confidence around products available to sell and to plan dispatch against stock levels and capacity planning at the warehouse. Next to that, you will work with the logistics coordinator. With a focus on export logistics coordination and special logistics projects.
What we would like you to have
- 2-5 years of experience and HBO or University degree
- Probably most important: a forward thinking and proactive mindset!
- Yes, you are customer obsessed; you bring service to the next level
- The network of Fliteboard; transporters, distributors, forwarders, transporters and customers, you easily build long-lasting relationships
- You embrace the English language and enjoy working in an international environment.

The role is offered as a full-time position (remote working can be discussed). The role is based in Amsterdam next to the ‘NDSM werf’.
