As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical experts to design, develop, and implement data warehouse solutions that help businesses make better decisions.

- Leading the technical team to ensure successful implementation according to project objectives. This means working with your team to understand the business requirements, design a solution that meets those requirements, and then oversee the development and implementation of the solution.
- Ensuring that the technical team works well together, adhering to the proper architecture, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high quality. This involves being a strong communicator and collaborator, as well as having excellent project management skills.
- Designing system architecture and data models for the Data Warehouse (DWH) system. This includes determining the data sources, designing the data flows, and creating the data models that will be used to store and manage the data.
- Developing software components to provide data for various solutions. This could involve developing custom applications, integrating with existing systems, or creating data pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in informatica.
- 5 plus years of professional experience with 3+ years as a Data Engineer/Software Engineer and 2+ years as a Technical Team Lead.
- Experience in implementing data systems/DWH for Banks/Financial Institutions.
- Strong understanding of centralized/distributed data storage/processing/Banking Data Model.
- Proficiency in SQL, No-SQL, ETL Tool, BI tool, Oracle/SQL Server/IBM Netezza databases.
- Experience in implementing data systems/DWH for Banks/Financial Institutions.

- Familiarity with designs that are resilient, fault-tolerant, highly available, and scalable.
- Knowledge and experience in team management.
- Understanding and experience in business processes, system architecture, and banking data is a significant advantage.
- Professional fluency in English is essential.
