Overview
Act as a digitalization expert, need to start from the business needs of the plant, seek clear digitalization solutions and establish standard digitalization workflow. Mainly responsible for the implementation of the digitization project of the plant and the digitalization transformation of the members of the plant organization.
Responsibilities
1.Responsible for authority management and master data maintenance of MES, WMS, Power apps and other digital systems in the plant.

2.Responsible for demand investigation, procurement and installation, application debugging, operation and maintenance management of OT data acquisition terminal and communication equipment (IPAD/IPC/ switch/gateway/antenna/handgun).
3.Responsible for the deployment and installation of OT network cables, OT/IT network connection and debugging, network fault troubleshooting and handling
4.Responsible for IT room server management, new server installation, debugging, migration and daily communication fault handling
5.Responsible for dealing with system problems from suppliers, such as system logic errors, running bugs, UI interface optimization, etc
6.Responsible for daily checking the health of factory digital tools, such as utilization rate, abnormal rectification, data accuracy, etc., and effectively promoting the digital transformation of factory users.
7.Responsible for the management of monitoring system room, server and OT network, coordinating monitoring demand statistics, installation and implementation.
8.Organize regular training on digital factory model, OT/IT network architecture, OT data acquisition tool usage, system operation, dashboard usage, etc.
9.Responsible for sorting out factory business processes, collecting information pain points, analyzing and providing solutions in process and technology;
10.Responsible for the connection with plant IT, responsible for the factory's daily IT hardware/software requirements and changes;
11.Responsible for the arrangement and coordination of the procurement and construction of auxiliary tools related to digital;
12.Responsible for the management and application of the central control large screen in the conference room, responsible for the installation, deployment, debugging and application of digital kanban in the whole area of the plant;
13.Responsible for MES, WMS, SCADA, Power apps, SAP system data docking, such as MES from SCADA task data, MES and WMS protocol interface plant;
14.Responsible for the operation and maintenance management of all AI scanner in the plant.
15.Participate in the development of system reports and Dashboard applications, and be able to fulfill basic requirements independently at Thing Worx, reducing supplier development costs.
